Synerfac is Hiring a Flexographic Press Operator Near Minneapolis, MN
- Operate label pressroom equipment- sheeters, stackers, fan folding equipment, infrared heating equipment, turret, IMASS peel grain testers, digital scope, densitometer, gloss meter, UV equipment, etc.
- Read, review, and understand the assigned and scheduled job according to the detailed specifications on the job ticket, QMS documents, the spec sheet, customer spec sheet, and proofs, including the approved press samples, to set-up and run the required equipment.
- Verify stock, dies, print cylinders, inks, pumps.
- Complete the makeready and installs required auxiliary equipment.
- Select and mix ink as specified.
- Monitor use of inks and varnishes on the press.
Job Requirements
- 5 years experience
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Mark Andy press, MPS, PCMC, or Delta Press operator experience
- Set up, webbing, troubleshooting, Narrow Web experience
- Relocation assistance is provided if needed
