Job Description: Multifamily Traveling Lead Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:
**Serve as the on-site lead for multifamily construction projects, overseeing all aspects of quality, safety, and production.
**Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, owners, management, subcontractors, and government entities.
**Supervise all employees and subcontractors on the job site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
**Manage daily on-site workflow and activities, keeping track of project changes and milestones.
**Enforce OSHA and safety standards, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
**Regularly meet with client representatives to discuss project progress and address concerns.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
**High School Diploma or equivalent.
**Minimum 5 years of general contractor experience in wood-frame multifamily construction.
**Proficiency in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly new constructions of apartments, senior living facilities, and similar structures, each with a scope of $45 million or more.
**Strong knowledge of masonry, wood-frame, or other building types.
**Familiarity with Procore is preferred.
**Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed to ensure project completion.
**Proven track record of managing multifamily projects from start to finish.
Additional Details:
**This role involves extensive travel, with projects typically lasting 16 months and valued at $45 million or more.
**A generous per diem is provided, with adjustments made for high-cost living areas.
