Responsibilities:
*Coordinate service office operations and vehicle/equipment workflow
*Act as the primary contact for departments regarding repair status inquiries and towing needs
*Collect detailed information from operational departments regarding service inquiries or requests
*Process work orders into the computer system and assign them to appropriate shop personnel
*Monitor fuel island operations, including fuel deliveries, inventory levels, and dispenser operations
*Manage the daily use of bulk fuel cards with user departments
*Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Requirements:
*7 years of experience of Fleet/Trucking Experience
*4 years of experience in a Management role
*Need to be qualified technician (preferably 3 Years as a technician)
*Experience managing technicians and tracking productivity in a Fleet/Trucking environment
