o Plan, oversee and direct all projects for construction
* Utilizing MS Office, Procore Management Software, P6, AccuBid & Sage Estimating suites
* Learn how to develop project budgets and tracking costs according to contractual obligations
* Creating & maintaining project schedules and their respective progress
* Reviewing and studying all documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals and contracts as well as, change order proposals and tracking
* Working with all project team members to make decisions and recommendations to ensure highest quality, profitability and optimal outcome of projects
* Coordinating projects with customers, subcontractors & fellow Battaglia team managers
* Disseminating relevant information to various departments related to the project
* Working with customers in a professional and collaborative manner
* Prepare & present proposals for new projects
* Constant, direct communication & collaboration with VDC and Project Management Teams
o Utilize CAD knowledge to learn BIM detailing and design
Job Requirements
Targeting a recent grad with Engineering degree salary range can be wider but targeting starting around 65k - 85k. Will Train to become a PM
