LOCATION: 8777 Washington Blvd - Culver City, CA 90232 or 5505 West Parmer Lane - Austin, TX 78727 (Tuesday-Thursday onsite hybrid)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: Through 12/2024 (potential for extensions on a quarterly basis)

- Research. Quick learner with the ability to research and learn about different topic areas as it relates to e-commerce.
- Strategy. This team creates end-to-end digital strategies for online where Client’s customers shop. So, this resource will be responsible for reviewing large data dumps and extracting insights, identifying patterns, to define a strategy.
- Analysis. Strong qualitative and/or quantitative abilities to look at data in Excel, Tableau, to organize and present in Keynote.
Responsibilities:
- The Strategy team for Digital Experiences and Merchandizing group in Online Retail is looking for a PM/Research Analyst to support new digital platforms and Clients Vision Pro Conduct research and analyses on marketplaces and social commerce space
- Closely monitor and evaluate Clients Vision Pro customer experience and behavior
- Partner with various XF team members and leaders to project manage various strategies and initiatives
- Work closely with the Analytics Team to take vast quantities of data and extract meaningful insights, build a coherent narrative for executive audience and tell an intelligent story

- Ability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and make quick, pragmatic decisions based on limited information
- Team player with the ability to work closely with XF teams, coordinate and manage projects
Skills:
- Strong analytics and presentation skills
- Excel, Tableau and Keynote experience desired
- Storytelling skills and experience with an executive audience desired
- Skills to recognize patterns/connect the dots
- Communication skills to synthesize overall information into a summary that would effectively relay the core message without losing pertinent details
- Curious outlook and a Learner’s mindset
- 5 years in Strategy or Business Operations functions desired
- Alternatively MBA with 3 years of related experience desired
- Experience can be from any industry
- Retail/online experience not required
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $76.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
