TITLE: Sales Operations Analyst

LOCATION: Cupertino, California (Tuesday-Thursday onsite hybrid)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months

NOTE: I am not able to work on a C2C basis or provide a visa transfer/sponsorship at this time.

The Ownership Operations team collaborates with partners across the Company to enable customers to receive an extraordinary experience each time they engage with the Company while optimizing sales performance. The scope of responsibilities of the team includes store customer and team programs and tools, commercial performance, small and medium business operations, and store operations field Leadership.

Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Analyst who is passionate about supporting the Company in creating owners and supporting the Small & Medium Business (SMB) Community. As a member of the WW Ownership Operations SMB team, you will support sales enablement programs that help our Retail Business Teams engage and build relationships with SMB customers, provide analytics and insights to our leaders, and develop the roadmap of tools and reporting to support our people. This role will draw upon your experience to combine skills in strategy, sales, and analytics to help our teams focus on what is most important and empower them to grow our customers’ businesses through their partnership with the Company.

In this role, you will support the WW Ownership Operations SMB team in developing sales programs that create owners, providing our leadership with performance insights, and shaping the tools and systems that will deliver our near and long-term strategy. Projects will include but are not limited to, planning our customer targeting and engagement strategy, defining our approach to field performance reporting, and helping to set our systems and tools roadmap. Assignments and priorities will shift as project deadlines evolve day to day. Most importantly, this role requires a passion for the customer experience, a focus on what’s most important, and an obsession with the details.

Operations Analyst Requirements:

  • Deeply passionate about the Company’s core values and the customer experience.
  • Focused on successful execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Analyzes information to identify gaps, ask questions, and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Learns quickly when facing new challenges, extracting lessons for future applications.
  • Outstanding time management and attention to detail are critical.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and structured way
  • Comfort with Excel and Keynote required.
  • BA/BS required
  • 5 years of comparable work experience in a related field

Operations Analyst Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus
  • Experience in consulting, strategy or investment banking preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales organizations preferred
  • MBA Preferred

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45 to $53 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
