We need technical support/desktop support technicians for a great company located in Carlsbad, CA.

Typical technical support/ desktop support duties.

Phone support and desktop support for around 400 users

Split of 50/50. Primarily a Windows environment.

IT support will consist of the following tasks:

• The candidate shall provide hardware/software configuration of desktop, laptop, thin clients, mobile devices and printer/scanner devices as required by DLA standards.
• Office 365
• The candidate shall resolve IT Incidents assigned to their workload queues

Be able to help and assist a large company with desktop computers or the company's network.

The duties range from remote desktop assistance to providing support over the telephone to troubleshooting issues that arise with computers.
