Job Description
We are looking for Senior Controls Engineer at Dallas TX for 18 months contract role.
Senior Controls Engineer
Location: Dallas TX
Duration : 18 mth
Must have:
- Industries - One or more of: Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Building Automation, Food and Beverage, Water Treatment, and general manufacturing
- PLC Programming
- PLC-5 to ControlLogix conversions
- In-depth understanding of Emerson DeltaV platform
- PLC hardware/software platforms such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Modicon.
- HMI/SCADA hardware/software platforms such as Servers, VM's, Networks, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk and Plant Pax, Aveva System Platform and Edge, Inductive Automation Ignition, GE iFIX, Siemens Winn CC, and TI Portal.
- DCS hardware/software platforms such as Emerson DeltaV or similar
- Instrumentation
- Networking – ethernet, etc,
- Lead projects as a Project Manager (PM) but not a full-blown PM, this is a hands-on project engineering role
- Client interactive experience
- Batch/Recipes, OEE, MES, and ERP systems
- Travel up to 25%
Nice to have:
- AutoCAD
- PMP certification
- Semiconductor
- Design of electrical schematics, and control panels including power distribution under 480VAC, and associated NEC references
- Life Science industry background
