Have STNA/ or Caregiver exprience for at least 2 years.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology.

Conduct orientations for new home health aides, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and agency policies.

 Provide hands-on clinical training, including skills related to patient care, hygiene, mobility, and safety.

Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatments and providing basic personal care for clients.
