We always have an opening for live-in caregivers who can answer yes to these questions. We are explicitly hiring live-in caregivers to care for our clients who need a full-time, live-in caregiver. As a Live-In Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to client’s non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:

• Experience -If you’ve had a job or experience in a position with similar goals and responsibilities, we’d love to connect with you. A valid CHHA certification in the State of New Jersey is required.
• Skills – We’re looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded. If you have experience cooking and cleaning that’s a bonus! YOU JUST NEED TO SINCERELY CARE FOR OTHERS.
• Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn through experience and receiving feedback.
• Other Requirements – Here are a few more things we’d need from you! – Covid 19 Vaccination card. Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Test (or willingness to obtain), Must be able to pass a drug screening and national criminal background check.
