We are seeking a part-time On Call Specialist to support our caregivers and clients after business hours – nights and weekends.This would be a perfect part-time position for a retired nurse or other healthcare professional.

On Call Specialist Responsibilities
- Take phone calls and respond to messages from caregivers, clients, and prospects.
- Manage the caregiver-client schedule, staffing open shifts.
- Document all contacts, conversations and issues.
- Resolve customer service issues.
Required Skills and Personal Attributes
- Customer service focus and passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to evaluate and juggle priorities.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm, and/or
- Saturday and Sunday 7:00am – 10:00pm
(overnight calls are taken by answering service)
