Shared Care Caregiving

Do you like a fast paced work environment? Do you like meeting and helping multiple people in one shift? Then shared care might be the caregiving job for you. When working in a shared care work environment you will be working with independent living clients in a retirement community. You will be meeting with several different clients over the span of your shift. You'll typically be with each client for around 15 to 30 minutes and you will have a verity of different responsabilities. Responsabilities such as changing linens, getting a client up and ready for the day, helping give showers, changing clients and medication reminders just to name a few.

We are looking for caregivers willing to work morning, afternoon, and/or evening hours. Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
