In-Home Job Summary
We are seeking licensed (CNA or HCA) compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide essential assistance to primarily seniors within their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience of offering personalized care and support to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Remind and assist with medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Caregiver's history would not prevent them from lifting or pulling 50 pounds.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings as needed
Skills
- At least one year experience in caregiving.
- Knowledge of caring for seniors and illnessses senior's often are sometimes diagnosed. (Parkinson's, Dementia, lack of mobility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
- Must be COVID vaccinated, possess WA state driver's license and car insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
