Synergy HR is accepting applications for a shipping/receiving/delivery postion in the Batesville area.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensures that production orders are filled correctly and distribution of product is completed according to schedule.
• Reviews documents for accuracy; assists in identifying and eliminating errors.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining delivery schedule and a professional attitude.
• Responsible for unloading trucks, loading company vehicles, moving material on the shop floor, and throughout company facilities.
• Adheres to operational processes (i.e., receiving, delivery, replenishment, shipping) and ensures consistency and performance standards are met.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s license
• Clean Driving record
• Able to Operate Forklift
• Able to lift 50lbs or more over the head
• Monday-Friday 8-5, Flexibility to work overtime as required in order to meet business demands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
