In this pivotal role, you'll be a strategic thought leader, shaping and elevating client brands. You'll work hand-in-hand with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive strategies that resonate with target audiences, achieve client goals, and drive business growth.

Here's what a typical day might look like:

• Lead client and team meetings, presenting strategic insights.
• Conduct in-depth strategy analysis, including competitor research, market trends, brand positioning, and KPI development.
• Craft research-driven programs to exceed client objectives.
• Cultivate business growth among existing and prospective clients.
• Lead and contribute to new business proposals.

To be successful, you'll need:

• A deep understanding of brand strategy.
• 7 years of experience in digital projects and 10 years in planning and strategy.
• The ability to multi-task seamlessly, from pitches to client work to execution.
• A keen understanding of how content, social, media, engagement, and branding work together.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of social media and analytics.
• Proven experience leading and executing strategic projects for clients.
• The ability to grow a strategy team and develop revenue.
• A passion for consumer insights and building strong client relationships.
• A solid track record in new business development.
