As the Group Media Director, you will lead a team of approximately 15 media professionals, driving media excellence and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Your strategic acumen and deep industry knowledge will be instrumental in guiding the team, developing innovative media strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of media strategists, analysts, and channel activation specialists.
• Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for media services.
• Business Development: Contribute to new business pitches, showcasing media expertise and thought leadership.
• Performance Optimization: Drive campaign performance through data-driven insights and innovative approaches.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of media trends and industry developments to inform strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• 15 years of agency or client-side media experience, with a proven track record of managing complex campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing media teams.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
