Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Lead to join our dynamic Global Production Team. As the Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing operations on a global scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes, drive efficiency improvements, and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall operational performance.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Production Management: Oversee day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management, to meet production targets and timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company standards to maintain product quality and compliance.
