Construction Superintendent -Commercial ConstructionHighly respected and regionally based General Contractor is searching for a Lead Superintendent with commercial construction experience. All projects will be in the Richmond regional area, so no major travel is required. Additional opportunities are available in the Roanoke regional area.
Projects are commercial renovations, tenant interiors, upfits and ground-up. They include offices, higher education, healthcare/MOB, and light industrial projects.

Construction Superintendent -Commercial ConstructionHighly respected and regionally based General Contractor is searching for a Lead Superintendent with commercial construction experience. Projects are commercial renovations, tenant interiors, upfits and ground-up. They include offices, higher education, healthcare/MOB, and light industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site self-performing crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure safety, maintain schedule, and build the project within budget.
- Maintaining a great relationship with the client.
- At least 5-7 years' experience working in commercial construction as a lead superintendent for a GC or CM.
- Experience on both ground up and renovation projects.
- You must have excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- $100-125K/year, depending on experience, company truck, gas card and an excellent benefits package to include healthcare and 401K with 6% match.
