Job Description
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, drive a Forklift, Great work Ethic, be able to Follow Verbal or Written line up, Work as a Team or Individually.
- Operate Presses (hydraulic, mechanical), Press Brake, Belt sander, grinders (pedestal, air), Saws
- Run parts efficiently & consistently.
- Take the first good piece to CMM for buy off.
- Perform in-process checks to ensure quality.
- Responsible to fill out proper paperwork to support the job.
- Fill out Blue Routing Tag.
- Debur parts as required.
- Maintaining tooling via lube, plastic, to keep tooling clean & without gouges.
- Cut Plastic when needed.
- Follow all Safety Protocols.
- Keep local and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Package part to send to shipping.
- Assist with loading / unloading trucks.
- Paint machines (Rare Occurrence)
- Move parts, bins, pallets with forklift.
- Clean Tooling as needed.
- Assist Die Setter if needed.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Oil Blanks if needed.
