The contractor is responsible for capturing and recording systematical material flow errors and systematically correcting such errors to ensure proper material flow and data integrity. The service period shall begin on July 1 2024 and ending July 1 2025.

• All material moves are documented in AM Supply.
• Several error types can prevent adequate systematic material flow in the different processes at the Logistic Centers.
• Responsibility, whether the source of the error lies with the supplier or internally at the customer, must be determined at the time of the occurrence.
• This will be based on the error type and the accurate capturing and recording of the error prior to systematic correcting.
• It is essential for recovering costs related to the error.
