Synergy seeks full and part time Outpatient Clinicians experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in an outpatient setting, both in office and via telehealth, who are looking to join a wellness-oriented company that values your expertise, creativity and independence. Synergy offers a $2000 sign on bonus after 3 months for those who work in 32 hour/week full time positions. There are opportunities to work weekdays, evenings and/or Saturday mornings. Part time positions also available.

Qualifications:

• LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or post Master's seeking clinical and supervisory hours towards licensure
• Professional liability insurance
• At least 2 years outpatient experience working with clients of all ages including children, youth, adults, couples and families
• Demonstrated skills in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma and other clinical issues
• Excellent time management skills
• Dynamic interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated record of reliability, independence and a desire to be part of a strong and supportive clinical team
