Job Description

Overall purpose of this HSE role is to provide expert technical HSE support and lead/support the site transition to the new global electronic HSE management system (Enablon). As the Enablon modules are implemented successfully, this role will remain a key point of contact for Enablon but will transition more to general HSE support.

Duties:

• Provide expert technical HSE support to site customers.
• Lead/Support delivery of key implementation timelines for eHSE (Enablon).
• Lead/Support of education of site personnel on eHSE system and requirements.
• Capture and escalate Enablon issues to Syngenta support team.
• Communication of timelines/issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Achieve regulatory and corporate requirements, site and corporate procedure development, self-auditing and drive sustainable compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety, or related science discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in HSE compliance within the chemical/petrochemical manufacturing facilities or refining preferred.
• HSE experience for large facility of 800 employees.
• Professional Certification (ASP, CSP) desirable.
