The primary focus of this role within SIG Business Operations is to provide timely license key fulfillment for contracts utilizing Salesforce, and various license key creation tools. This position requires an ability to interpret customer contracts, sales orders, and license key entitlement mechanisms. Approximately a quarter of the workload will be spent on cross functional project work. These projects will provide the Associate varied opportunities for learning and exposure to the larger business. Candidate must be able to establish themselves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in licensing and supporting requirements. Role requires analyst to be an active learner. Software security is a growing field, and this role will present a self- motivated individual options for growth. The ideal candidate has an interest in software security and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Ability to document standard operating procedures for license creation
  • Fast learner with ability to streamline processes
  • Adherence to internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts in the Order-to Cash flow
  • Documentation of new and modified functionality relating to the licensing management tools in support of customer delivery
  • Customer centric focus required for collaboration with internal team members
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage simultaneous, complex issues
  • Responsible for internal enablement on licensing policies and requirements
  • Customer point of contact for all licensing inquires
  • Must be able to troubleshoot licensing issues and communicate status to customers
  • Daily case management
  • Basic project management skills, desired
Qualifications
  • B.A. or B.S., 2 years of comparable experience
  • Must take ownership to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
  • Proven communication skills, capable of working with remote teams and team members
  • Must be able to work and communicate effectively with other departments
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint required

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $79,000-$119,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
