What You’ll Be Doing
Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $88,000-$132,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the team to plan and track projects and drive them to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure the definition and implementation of the agreed process and work models.
- Manage priorities, bandwidth, and alignments across different stakeholders.
- Use creativity and graphic design skills to help craft impactful executive level presentations.
- Track and report on project progress, performance, issues, and risks.
- Implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work with the BU’s and business functions to prioritize engagements that matter.
- Enable Synopsys to meet and exceed our objectives by focusing on effectiveness, growth, and processes throughout the company.
- Collaborate with all business functions to find and engage in opportunities that change our systems and methods.
- Deliver value, increase productivity, and improve our abilities to operate at scale.
- Lead initiatives that enable Synopsys to meet and exceed our objectives.
- Drive projects enabling greater productivity and efficiency across the company.
- B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of industry experience, including EDA, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience, PMP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Experience organizing and communicating information including creation of impactful presentations
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with customer issues, engineering problems, and large-scale systems.
- Strong verbal/written communication, leadership, and in-person collaborative skills.
- A collaborative team player, supportive and comfortable in a matrixed, international, team-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.
- A change agent eager to lead a new wave of transformation at Synopsys.
