8.Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of sales planning and execution strategies using Python and Data Catalog technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales planning solutions.
- Design and execute data-driven projects to enhance sales performance and reporting capabilities.
- Utilize Python to develop scalable and efficient code for data analysis and automation tasks.
- Oversee the management and optimization of our Data Catalog to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales trends and data to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Implement and maintain Rest API and Java solutions to improve system interoperability and data exchange.
- Explore and integrate Alation as a tool for data governance and cataloging enhancing data discovery and compliance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in sales planning technologies and methodologies.

Salary and Other Compensation : (Colorado and remote postings that could be performed in Colorado) Applications will be accepted until June 11th 2024. The annual salary for this position is between $ 95K - 128K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
