Responsibilities
- Teach WGS 101 Introduction to Women’s & Gender Studies
- Develop and/or update class syllabus.
- Use Blackboard to post items and communicate with students.
- Order appropriate books and materials in advance of the class start.
- Prepare lectures, projects, and other student assignments.
- Maintain regularly scheduled office hours.
- Present instruction based on competencies and performance levels of the course.
- Meet all designated class periods.
- Submit mid-semester reports and final grades according to University regulations.
- Provide feedback to students relating to progress in class through regular assessment means.
- Grade student assignments and exams in a timely manner.
- Provide departmentally sanctioned forms for completed student evaluations.
- Build a positive rapport with student and other faculty.
