We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, and customer satisfaction in the Billings, MT area.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing site operations at multiple properties involves new property rent-up, compliance oversight, and the management of physical assets, which includes coordinating major repairs and maintenance.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff
• Supervise multiple properties
• Address resident and employee complaints effectively
• Monitor and manage compliance issues
• Work with vendors, owners, and regulatory agencies.
• Overall stability of the property income and occupancy

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-year previous experience in property management
• Solid experience in affordable housing including HUD, LIHTC, HOME, RD and other programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clean driving record, reliable transportation
• Frequent travel required
• Competitive Compensation package depending on experience
