Looking for an Apartment Manager located in Wendell/ Gooding Idaho.

This is a full time position, with benefits . A great opportunity with an established, stable, multi-state Management firm. Must be proficient in software applications, and possess basic math skills. Good organizational skills, time management, communication and demonstrated customer service skills, professional appearance, and experience in supervising other team members are needed for this position. Responsibilities include posting rents, supervising other team players, conducting periodic inspections of units, processing move outs, renting apartments and marketing. Knowledge of USDA preferred, but not necessary. Competitive salary with benefits provided, compensation dependent upon experience. Managers are expected to work flexible hours if required. Some travel will be needed for training. Employer offers regular training and education opportunities. Must have reliable transportation. Must be fluent in Spanish/English
