To support new project opportunities, we are looking for an Incident Manager. This is a fast-paced role which will suit someone looking to further develop their career within incident management. This will present you will new opportunities to expand your knowledge and grow in your role.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Managing & Driving, Network & IT infrastructure escalated incidents.
• Supporting Major / Multiple incident management.
• Managing incident progress & resolution communications.
• Establishing internal & external progress bulletins & Flash reports.
• On call duty for out of hours incident management.
• Service incident reporting.
• Incident progress & reason for outage/root cause if available.
• Suggest improvement action assignment & tracking.
• Interface relationship management.

Who are we looking for?

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proactive attitude.
• Ability to work within a pressured environment.
• Able to manage and co-ordinate multiple activities.
• Willingness to study towards ITIL certification.
