Responsibilities Responsibilities:
- Partner with Patient Operations leadership to create and provide effective, efficient, and relevant learning content used to educate cross functional global partners.
- Responsible for developing eLearnings, documents, materials library, OJTs, and curriculum as assigned
- Lead and own multiple actions for projects, as assigned.
- Collaboration skills - Works effectively in a team-based organization, collaborates cross-functionally.
- Integrity - Possesses unquestioned integrity and strong business ethics. Demonstrates a firm commitment to the company’s beliefs, values, and organizational goals. Committed to making a positive contribution to the organization.
- Communication skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effectively leads meetings. Strong presentation skills in both small and large group settings with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent listener; frequent and effective follow-up.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Education, or related field
- Required minimum 3-5 years of learning and development experience.
- Expertise in adult learning principles
- Experience building content and leading training sessions in a variety of locations, and with remote virtual learning environments.
- Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SmartSheet.
- Proficient in training software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
- Prefer minimum 1 year of experience in a regulated environment.
- Experience with Quality Document Management Systems and Learning management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Teams.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: specifically: InDesign. Preferred: Adobe photoshop.
