System One is Hiring a RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICES CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE Near Tulsa, OK
System One has partnered with a local company that is in search for a Retirement Plan Services Call Center Representative. This is a customer service position primarily responsible for phone and email communication with retirement plan participants and plan sponsors. Providing excellent customer service in answering all inquiries is critical. This position is also responsible for processing plan participant distribution requests accurately and timely.
Duties:
Respond to plan participant inquiries via phone, fax and email or in-person regarding enrollment, distributions, loans, website access and other plan information
Respond to plan sponsor inquiries via phone, fax and email
Respond to requests for missing information on plan participant data
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with plan sponsors
Process plan participant distribution requests timely and accurately
Attend and assist with company-wide client functions as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills
Capable of multi-tasking, while maintaining focus and attention to details
Call Center experience
Good working knowledge of 401(k) retirement plans
Working Relationships:
Internal – Daily contact with Administration, Operations and Investments
External – Daily contact with plan sponsors, clients, plan participants
