This is for a timekeeping person who will do data entry and help with payroll tickets.

This is an Onsite position at Abbott Park 5 days a week. Also, can consider 8:30 to 5:0pm

Position Summary:

• Responsible for entering and validating payroll information, creating and maintaining payroll files and time record batches, researching and resolving time card questions,
• and participating in special projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by helping employees and managers with questions via email and phone
• Create new hire folders
• File paperwork into employee files
• Distribute checks and reports to divisional contacts
• Work with HR Representatives to resolve employee issues
• Participate in special projects
• Research and resolve employee related questions/issues
• Comply with company policies as well and state/ federal, DOL & SOX regulations

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of general business experience in customer service, call center, and/or in a help desk environment
• Beginning level proficiency with Excel (perform basic formulas)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field discipline

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
