This position requires a clinician who is licensed (LCSW, LPC). We are looking for a clinician who is warm, collaborative, open-minded, and has a genuine passion in helping others. The ideal candidate be empathetic and support the clients' progress and growth, and be able to work effectively with a wide variety of people. Responsibilities:

• Attend to the emotional, behavioral, and social needs of people who have experienced traumatic events.
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric illnesses, substance abuse disorders, and other mental health conditions.
• Assess clients' perceived needs and strengths; establish goals and objectives for treatment.
• Provide resources to individuals, families, groups, or the community; refer clients to other specialized agencies, as appropriate.
• Follow set policies and procedures to ensure security and safety of patients and self; maintain confidentiality of patient records.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
