California CampusResponsible for implementing policy, procedures, and programs in support of the mission of the Campus Recreation Department-Student Affairs. The incumbent provides support to the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation (California) in the development, implementation, coordination, and supervision of the operation of the Herron Recreation & Fitness Center to include the aquatic area, climbing wall, health and wellness programs, informal recreation, and membership. The successful candidate will also support the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation (California) with the operations of the eSports Lounge (Natali Student Center), the outdoor recreation program, and all special events related to Campus Recreation.
Specifically, the incumbent will coordinate the social media and technology software and hardware platforms (Connect 2 Concepts) for Campus Recreation, coordinate the Intramural and Sports Club programs, and university mascot events and special programs. This position will report to the Director of Campus Recreation.

The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong organizational, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills; the ability to think critically and manage confidential information; proficiency with computer software programs and Microsoft Office programs.
