Systems is Hiring an IT Support Near Pittsburgh, PA
- Operations team provides 24X7X365 on-site support
- Ensure all hardware/software problems/Infrastructure issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate staffs are notified
- Perform equipment/network/fiber/copper installs and decommissions
- Provide off hours (Service desk) support
- Experience with enterprise Project Management tools required; experience with Primavera preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
