Daily Tasks

• Record Daily JE for Sales from Square into QBO
• Record incoming Accounts Payable invoices into QB
• Record incoming employee expense reports
• Approve positive pay transactions daily from the bank
• Download bank transactions daily, review and match to reconcile both cash accounts
• Record Food & Beverage expenses upon receipt

Weekly

• Prepare Accounts payable report for approval & payment
• Weekly ACH Payments (employee expense reports, contractor payments & vendor payments
• Email direct deposit notifications for paid expense reports
• Weekly payroll
• Review credit card activity, gather receipts, and enter expenses in QBO (High Volume)

Monthly

• Record monthly note payments and reconcile loan statements
• Record Cash Over/Short JE from Amanda s Report (Tami)
• Bank Reconciliations for 2 accounts (operating & cash account)
• Calculate & File Sales Tax reports 3 sales tax reports to be filed
• Record month Retail COGS JE received from Inventory Controller
• Record JE to reclass Refunds made during the month
• Full review of GL monthly to confirm accuracy
• Ensure books are completed for review by controller by the 10^th of each month
• Set up automated reports for management team
• Reconcile medical invoices to medical bills

As Needed

• Complete new vendor applications

Annually

• Franchise Tax Accrual
• Real Estate Tax accrual CH Store Holding
• Business Personal Property Tax accrual
• Prepare 1099s
• Inventory True up at 12/31
