Assistant Project Manager
Job description
SYZYGY Global is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to join
our team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for
managing the day-to-day activities of construction projects, including
planning, coordination, and communication with internal and external
stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion
Gain and sustain a deep understanding of the organization to
effectively manage and oversee all construction projects and
initiatives.
Aid in the delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are
completed accurately, cost-efficiently, and on schedule, in line with the
approved scope of work and quality standards.
Facilitate Change Orders and coordinate manufacturer deliveries.
Coordinate inspections, manage project closeout, and schedule service
as needed.
Work closely with the Project Manager and other executive members,
providing necessary support and technical assistance
Develop detailed plans, set milestone targets, and ensure deadlines
are met
Update checklist items on project status in real-time to maintain
thorough and comprehensive project documentation
Procure additional parts for projects as needed.
Manage the company calendar, meetings, and important events.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Project Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
preferred.
2 years of experience in construction project coordination or related
field.
Knowledge of construction project management software.
Keen attention to minute details
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Proficient in the use of Mac-based software and technology.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Experience:
Project Coordination: 2 years (Required)
