ABOUT THE ROLE

As a part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk - Collections Specialist, you start your shift with a review of customer accounts, identifying overdue payments, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. You reach out to customers via phone and email, professionally handling discussions about past-due balances and securing payments. Your day is a balance of communication, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with the finance team to streamline the collections process. Each task you complete contributes to the financial health and success of Szulgit Electric, reinforcing our reputation for outstanding customer service.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
