This part-time position works 1 day per week for 3 hours per day.

As a part-time Electric Collections Agent - Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will begin your day by reviewing customer accounts, identifying overdue payments, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. You will professionally engage with customers via phone and email to discuss outstanding balances and secure payments. Your responsibilities will include maintaining detailed records of your interactions and preparing regular reports for management. Collaboration with the finance team will be essential to ensure an efficient collections process, all while upholding Szulgit Electric's high standards of customer service.

WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone and email
