We are seeking a full time Inventory/Bin Fill associate for our Green Bay territory locations.

Qualifications

The “Right” Candidate will bring the following to T&A Industrial:

Education level of: High School Diploma.

Excellent driving record and a valid driver’s license.

The ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Present a capable and professional image.

Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

No CDL required.

Duties

From picking, packing and delivering packages and bulk freight to customers safely, efficiently and on time.

Maintaining established stock levels within customer’s facility.

Organize delivery route.

Maintain company vehicles cleanliness.

Perform other duties as may be required.

Summary
As an Inventory/Bin Fill Associate, you will be a vital part of our operations team, responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, analyzing demand patterns, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock. Your core skills in inventory control and demand planning will be essential in optimizing stock levels and minimizing shortages. Your relevant skills in stocking, data collection, and materials handling will support the smooth flow of goods through our facility.
