Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist our Production Manager with various tasks to ensure our roofing projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service
• Communicating with sales staff, office staff, roofing crews, suppliers, and customers
• Ordering materials for roofing projects
• Scheduling roofing projects and coordinating with customers and team members
• Ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and on time

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Coachable and open to learning
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Dependable and reliable
• Experience in roofing or construction is a bonus, but not required
