T-Bones SteakHouse is Hiring a Kitchen Staff Near Phenix, AL

Duties:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor or chef.
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
- Stock and rotate food supplies to ensure freshness and availability.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service skills are a plus.
