This is an onsite position in Crystal Lake, IL. The purpose of this position is to lead, manage & coordinate the TC production system program (lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO) implementation in the manufacturing plants. This role deploys the knowledge, tools & techniques within the manufacturing plants to support successful continuous improvement implementation & best practices. Position reports directly to the VP of Worldwide Operations and shares responsibility for successful implementation with the plant leadership teams.
The function of the position is to design and drive implementation of consistent lean manufacturing and other initiatives in all TC Industries plants. Provide leadership, technical advice & consulting, direction, training and coaching in Lean/Six Sigma/ISO principles and tools to plant management & leadership.
