The Big Task
You will be introducing individuals to a fantastic career opportunity in the trades and supporting them in their journey to become a 5-Star performing Technician in the residential home service industry.
Key Sub Tasks
- Manage Training Goals and objectives for Field Technicians to include technical skills, company processes and procedures, safety rules and regulations.
- Manage the learning experience using existing content and content you create in our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Qualify technicians and field mentors for the training program.
- Lead, manage and hold student technicians and field mentors accountable.
- Work with department leaders to maximize the learning experience and meet the training program objectives while maintaining profitable business operations.
- Work with marketing and recruiting to promote the training program to attract talent.
- Assist in onboarding student technicians.
- Establish relationships with new and existing vendors to support technical training objectives.
