Bartender

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations to ensure the well-being of our guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems like Aloha POS
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service for timely delivery
- Assist in catering events and special functions by providing beverage service as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred
- Proficiency in handling food safely and knowledge of food service procedures
- Familiarity with retail math for accurate billing and inventory management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively
- Experience in sales or catering is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.54 - $19.99 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
