Pay: DOE Starting at $30 an hour

Job Description

As a Mental Health Counselor at T & K Pediatric Services, you will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling services to children and families facing mental health challenges. Your primary role will be to assess clients' mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and healthy coping mechanisms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling techniques and a deep understanding of child and adolescent mental health issues. You must be able to establish a strong rapport with clients and their families and work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• License to practice independently. Completion of a minimum of a master's in counseling/Mental Health degree
• Licensed at LPC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW or Psychologists.
• Knowledge and experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience in treating mood and anxiety disorders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
