Overview
The Financial Analyst is a key role in our growing finance department and will serve as a liaison between finance and the various cross functional groups. This role provides visibility to various levels throughout the organization and will be seen as a business partner to decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a high energy and fast-paced team environment to provide financial analysis and understand the implications of data and impact on business insights in critical decision-making processes
• Communicate financial results and related variances to functional leaders
• Prepare monthly financial plans and forecasts using business knowledge and feedback from cross functional partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across the organization on the execution of various business initiatives
• Execute month-end close responsibilities, working alongside accounting to prepare monthly journal entries related to payroll, IT and other SG&A, along with related reconciliations
• Support the creation and execution of the annual operating plan, ensuring alignment of business needs and financial goals
• Other duties as requested by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• 1-3 years accounting or finance experience
• Ability to work in a team setting, drive team results and support change management within the organization
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a sense of urgency while meeting required time constraints
• Trustworthy and able to maintain full confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel ability
