- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively promote merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Knowledge of basic math for processing transactions and calculating discounts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with technology sales and conducting product demos is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Passion for jewelry sales or willingness to learn about jewelry products.
