**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from sales and customer service to inventory management and employee development. The successful candidate will be a retail sales expert with a proven track record in sales management and customer service, who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive and productive work environment. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and motivate a diverse team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets. - Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling. - Conduct employee orientations and training sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. - Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans to improve employee performance and address any issues. - Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives. - Manage inventory levels and control shrinkage, ensuring that the store is always stocked with the right products at the right time. - Identify and address any operational or sales issues that may arise in the store. **Experience:** - Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment. - Strong background in sales and customer service. - Experience with inventory control and management. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a multicultural environment and a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Experience with payroll and recruitment processes. - Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer skills. - Multilingual is a plus. **Skills:** - Retail sales - Payroll - Employee orientation - Customer service - Sales management - Cash register - Recruiting - Retail management - Inventory control - Multilingual
