Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a flair for technology and electronics.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Process phone inquiries and online orders efficiently

Skills:
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in electronics, wireless, or technology sales preferred
- Familiarity with handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving diverse customer needs

Pay: $14.74 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
